What is the minimum group size to organize a trip?
We work with groups from 20 people. From 30-35 people, prices are significantly reduced by optimizing coach costs and hotel negotiations.
Are there discounts for large groups?
Yes. Prices decrease progressively: a group of 40 pays less per person than a group of 25. Additionally, we offer free places for organizers (1 free place per 20-25 people).
What exactly does the price include?
Private coach from origin, hotels (double room with bathroom), specified meal plan, entrance to main monuments, accompanying guide, travel insurance, taxes.
How much advance notice do you need?
We recommend 3-4 months minimum to guarantee hotel availability and best rates. In high season (May-September) it's better to book 5-6 months ahead.
Can we fully customize the itinerary?
Absolutely. We design the trip from scratch according to your preferences: destinations, number of nights, cultural visits vs. free time, hotel level, meal plan.
What happens if someone gets sick during the trip?
The included travel insurance covers medical assistance abroad, hospitalization and medical repatriation. Our accompanying guide coordinates with the insurance company.
